Smart Layer Tech unified investment dashboard concept showing calm, organised data across multiple accounts

A single, considered view of your investments, wherever they are held

Smart Layer Tech draws data from every exchange you use into one dashboard, applying analytical models to highlight risk and reduce the noise of daily market movement — helping you make fewer, better-informed decisions rather than more frequent ones.

The Landscape

Holding assets across several exchanges creates a genuine oversight problem

Many retirees who invest today do so through more than one platform, often because different exchanges offer different assets, fee structures, or access to specific markets. Individually, each account is manageable. Together, they produce a fragmented picture that is difficult to assess at a glance.

The risk is not a lack of information — it is too much of it, arriving from disconnected sources, at different times, in different formats. Without a consolidated view, small shifts in one account can go unnoticed until they affect the whole portfolio.

The Approach

One dashboard, drawing on every account you already hold

Smart Layer Tech connects to the exchanges you already use and consolidates your holdings into a single analytical layer. Rather than replacing your existing accounts, it sits above them, presenting a coherent summary of exposure, performance, and risk concentration in one place.

Consolidated exposure viewSee total holdings across all connected exchanges without switching between platforms or reconciling figures by hand.

Consistent metricsData is normalised into the same format across accounts, so comparisons remain meaningful.

Noise filtering, not forecastingThe system is built to separate meaningful shifts from ordinary market fluctuation, rather than to predict specific price movements.

Methodology

How the analysis is carried out, in three stages

Analytical rigour depends on a clear, repeatable process. The following stages describe how raw account data becomes a usable recommendation, without shortcuts or hidden assumptions.

01

Data ingestion

Holdings and transaction histories are securely retrieved from each connected exchange via read-only access, then reconciled into a single, consistent dataset.

02

Predictive modelling

Statistical and machine-learning models assess volatility, concentration, and correlation across your holdings, identifying patterns that are not visible from any single account.

03

Recommendation engine

Findings are translated into plain-language observations and optional adjustments, presented for your review — the system informs the decision; it does not make it for you.

Applied to Your Portfolio

Where this analysis supports long-term capital preservation

Scenario One

Portfolio rebalancing

Over time, gains in one asset class can quietly shift a portfolio away from its original balance. Smart Layer Tech tracks allocation drift across all connected exchanges and flags when a holding has moved meaningfully outside its intended range, giving you the information needed to decide whether rebalancing is appropriate — on your own timeline, at your own discretion.

Scenario Two

Risk diversification review

Holding assets on different exchanges does not automatically mean genuine diversification, particularly if underlying positions are correlated. The platform examines correlation across your full portfolio and highlights concentration that might otherwise remain hidden within separate accounts, supporting more deliberate decisions about spread and exposure.

Questions on data handling and compatibility

How is my exchange data accessed and stored?

Smart Layer Tech connects to exchanges using read-only credentials wherever the exchange supports them, meaning the platform can view balances and transaction history but cannot place trades or withdraw funds. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and retained only for as long as needed to provide the analysis.

Which exchanges and platforms are supported?

Compatibility depends on which exchanges expose a suitable data connection. We maintain a current list of supported platforms and can confirm compatibility with your specific accounts during an initial technical conversation.

Does the platform make trading decisions automatically?

No. The recommendation engine presents observations and optional adjustments for your consideration. All decisions, including any changes to your holdings, remain entirely with you.

What happens if I disconnect an exchange account?

You can revoke access at any time through the exchange itself or within your Smart Layer Tech account settings. Once disconnected, that account's data is excluded from future analysis and removed according to our standard retention schedule.

Is this platform suitable if I am not especially technical?

The dashboard is designed to be read at a glance, with plain-language summaries rather than raw technical output. A technical overview session is also available to walk through the setup at your own pace.

A measured next step, at a pace that suits you

If you would like to see how your own holdings might look within a consolidated dashboard, we can arrange a technical overview to walk through the setup, the data connections involved, and what the analysis would show for your specific accounts.
